8 oz. thinly sliced pre-cooked steak meat
1c broccoli florets
1c red, yellow, green peppers
11/2 tbsp extra virgin olive or coconut oil
Heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Saute vegetables 3-4 minutes. Add pre-cooked steak meat to skillet. Continue cooking vegetables and meat until meat is warm.
Season to taste
Add to plate and serve with 1/2 avocado
