Another week down for me. I am really finding these workouts fulfilling. I am really starting to see physical changes in my body. More importantly, my body image is transforming. Who would have thought that a little dinky dvd workout series would have such an impact on my life?
My wk9 workout has taken it back to the early days of the workout. I have been tracking my exercises and I can see that I am improving; I am able to do more reps than I could in the begin. How awesome is that? That is why it is important to write everything down. I got it now Tony. :-) He tells you in the videos to write the stuff down with the worksheets provided. "How do you know where you have been if you don't know where you came from" or something like that.
On Saturday, I tried TurboJam "Kick, Punch, Jab" with Chalene J. She is a mad woman!!!!! I sweated so much, but had tons of fun. That girl moves her body. Now I am all hyped up for TurboFire that is coming soon. Let me know if you want to get down with TurboFire. Its seems like high intense fun.
